Rebound Forge is an Ontario-based business operated by Muhammad Zaidi. This notice explains the limited information handled through the Rebound Forge website and direct business inquiries. A signed client agreement and its data terms will govern any later pilot data.

Information collected

The website is static. It has no contact form, advertising tracker, analytics tool, tracking pixel, or non-essential cookie. The hosting and security providers may process routine technical logs such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, timestamps, and security events.

If you email, call, or use a separately linked appointment page, Rebound Forge may receive the business contact details and information you choose to provide, such as your name, company, role, email address, phone number, appointment details, and inquiry.

How information is used

• respond to and manage business inquiries;
• schedule and prepare for requested meetings;
• evaluate whether the service is a practical fit;
• protect the website, business systems, and users; and
• meet applicable legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations.

Service providers and location

Rebound Forge may use service providers for website security and hosting, business email, scheduling, electronic signatures, file transfer, customer-relationship management, and payment processing. Only the providers actually approved and configured will be connected. Depending on the provider and recipient, information may be processed in Canada, the United States, or another jurisdiction and may be subject to the laws of that location.

Client and homeowner data

Do not send homeowner records or other client data through ordinary email, this website, or the appointment page. Rebound Forge will not accept live pilot data until an agreement, documented authority, exclusions, and an approved secure-transfer method are in place. The client remains responsible for its lawful basis, consent and suppression records, and channel-specific obligations.

Retention and safeguards

Business-inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above and applicable legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified. Rebound Forge uses administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information, but no transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of your business-inquiry information, subject to applicable exceptions. You may also ask Rebound Forge to stop further business outreach. Send privacy requests to privacy@reboundforge.com.
